Upon arrival, please ring the bell at the barrier. We will open the barrier for you, after which you can park your car. We would be delighted to welcome you at the reception to check in.
The wide sandy beach of Burgh-Haamstede is within walking distance (approximately 20 minutes through the expansive dunes to the water) from the holiday park. You can also reach several other beach access points in the area within a few minutes by bike or car.
No, the park is primarily aimed at families and those seeking tranquility. It is a small-scale, relaxed park where peace and privacy are central. Youth groups and noisy parties may quickly find the atmosphere at the park incompatible with their needs.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Vakantiepark Schouwenduin. This also applies to any visitors. This is to ensure the peace and cleanliness of the park for all our guests.
Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If you expect to arrive after 6:00 PM, please let us know so we can arrange a suitable time to hand over the key. Check-out should be completed by 10:00 AM. Additionally, the reception is open on Mondays and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Outside of these hours, we are always available by phone and present at the park.

Yes, absolutely. There are two charging points located at the reception area of the park, where you can pay using the most common European charging passes. Payment by credit card is not possible.
Our dune villas are available for 4, 5, or 6 people, depending on the type. All dune villas have at least 2 bedrooms, with the larger types featuring 2 to 3 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms. Exceeding the maximum number of guests for a specific dune villa type is not permitted, nor is pitching a tent in the garden.
No, towels are not provided as standard, but they can be added as an option when making your reservation. Bed linens are included and are a mandatory part of the booking.
Yes, the dune villas have 1 or 2 parking spaces available. This varies per dune villa. Some dune villas do not have their own parking space, but parking is available at the nearby general parking area.
The general terms and conditions can be found during the booking process or when checking availability. You will automatically be redirected to the booking site of Beach Rentals, which handles the reservations.
No, unfortunately, that is not possible. We do everything we can to ensure the dune villas are completely cleaned and prepared for the next guest after or before your stay, and that requires the necessary time.
